Looking for a heat pump quote?
We're an information website, not an installer, so we don't survey homes or price installations ourselves. You can request a quote using our quote form and we'll pass your request to an MCS-certified installer covering your area, who will contact you.
Request a heat pump quote →Thinking about a heat pump for your home?
Tell us about your home and request a heat pump quote. It takes about two minutes.
Check your home and request a quoteNo obligation. We are not installers: we pass your request to an MCS-certified installer covering your area.
What We Cannot Help With
To manage expectations, here are some things we're unable to assist with:
- Specific installation advice: We are not qualified to advise on your specific property. For tailored advice, please consult an MCS-certified installer.
- Complaints about installers: We are not party to any contract between you and an installer. Installation complaints should go to the installer and, if unresolved, to MCS or the installer's consumer code body.
- BUS grant applications: Grant applications are handled by your MCS-certified installer through Ofgem. We cannot process applications or check their status.
- Emergency heating repairs: If your heating has broken down, contact a local heating engineer or your energy supplier's emergency line.
Information first
Home Heat Pump Guide is an information website. We are not installers and we don't sell heat pumps. Our job is to give you clear information, including when a heat pump isn't the right choice for your home.
